From the outside, this restaurant appears nonchalant and small. Once you step inside it is definitely underwhelming when comparing it to Kobe's. There are two hibachi stations, a sushi bar, and a few tables. Surprisingly the restaurant has a quiet charm about it. It feels Intimate and unique. The Hibachi Chefs are entertaining and the portions are respectable. The servers bringing drinks were very attentive. I look forward to going back to this restaurant. It is an excellent shift for the St Cloud area, we usually suggest this restaurant when my wife and I entertain guests from outside the area. Why drive to the tourist laden area to get hibachi when, Mizu is right around the corner!

Yay!! A real Japanese restaurant in Saint Cloud!!! I already had high expectations because I love the one by the loop. As I was walking toward the restaurant from the parking lot, I could smell the tell tale luring scent of the Hibachi working away inside. I was not disappointed! I ordered the lunch bento box with shrimp tempura and It was everything I wanted in a bento box!! Yummy vegetables, large shrimp, rice and sushi rolls along with a small salad. This restaurant is MUCH more quaint, size wise, than the one by the Loop. There are two hibachi tables with two grills at each. There might be 7 tables and 4 booths, plus a small (6-8) person sushi bar in the regular dining. This is located right next to the Outback Steakhouse off of 192 (or 13th as we refer to it in Saint Cloud). Yay!! Can't wait to do it again!!!

Love the food, and sushi is great! Many different kinds of rolls to choose from. The Hibachi is great too, and staff is super friendly. They really go out of their way for kids.

Great place for family fun. The atmosphere was good, the place is clean, and the food is good. I have had better sushi, and better hibachi, but overall it is a good option and is close to home. Its a bit spendy, but all of these places are. Will def be back!

Nice place. The food is good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The portions are huge the hibachi chef was really nice and entertaining. I had the chicken and steak. The food was seasoned well, it was flavorful and delicious.

I didn't expect much from a Japanese restaurant in St Cloud, so everything turned out as expected. The service was OK at best, as was the food. I tried the Udon noodles, which was lacking in flavor. But the sushi was tasty, and although I did not try the teppanyaki, it seemed like others in the restaurant were please with the food/show.

This was our first time visiting the restaurant, unfortunately it will also be our last. Our waitress was pleasant enough ( American not that really matters). While she was taking our order, the manager interrupted her asking her for help to move a table and she kindly says one second. The manager very rudely tells now and interrupts our order. I wish that was the only to say about the place but, they advertise king crab stuffed sushi when it is imitation crab meat. Also I ordered a seafood combo the steak was overlooked and tough. This place is dismally decorated the manager of the place has no clue as how to treat customers. The food is complete false advertising. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

What a great place! It's tucked in next to the local Gold's gym, so at first it might be hard to find. However when you get there you'll love it. They offer your sushi bar, flat top grill and sit down for any occasion. The prices are okay but not fantastic. For example two signature rolls and a water came out to 27$. The sushi was amazing though but still it's pricey.

The restaurant is very clean the employees are very pleasant and the food was fantastic. My wife and I make this a Friday night date night. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we didn't have as good as a time since when we went the first time. The sushi is not as fresh and I suspect that has to do with supply and demand. Also everything seemed a bit more lack luster than before. Lots of screaming kids, not the restaurants fault but it was bad at points we couldn't hear each other talk. All of the distractions seemed to lead to steak being overcooked and a less enjoyable experience. While this place is surviving maybe even thriving in St. Cloud... maybe I was wrong to think we could have a more upscale feel with fresh sushi. It kind of made me a little sad that I had to down grade this a star.

Yum! We love Mizu and try to get there at least once a month. The sushi is fantastic, and the hibachi is always good! I've been to a few different Japanese steakhouses and while this one isn't the best of the best it's been consistently good every time we've gone. A great little spot if you're looking for something other than BBQ or chains in our area. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is for the parking situation, which I know is not really on their control. Since the place is right next to Golds Gym and Outback, finding parking can be a challenge since this parking lot gets filled up quickly around dinner time.

Mizu is a great place to take the kids. They love the show but what they love even more is the sushi. Service is always great and the food is yum. I know a lot of people have issues with using their coupon in large groups. Personally, we've only used it with four of us but we've never had a problem. Will definitely be back again and again.

Average Japanese restaurant. Little to pricey even with coupon. Hibachi steak has less flavor and seasoning. Service is good. Will probably comeback but will not be that often due to the price. Restaurant is clean and very good design.

Sushi here is good. Teppanyaki is just for show, the food is below average and flavorless. Last trip here our grill man was obviously new and being trained so the show left a bit to be desired. A fun and pricey night out. If the food was actually flavorful I would give them 5 stars, really no excuse to serve under seasoned flavorless food.

I've been to this location several times and also to the one across from The Loop. On different visits, I have ordered off their sushi & sashimi menu in the conventional restaurant section, and have dined in their hibachi section. I've been pleased with the quality of the food and service each time. Prices are reasonable. Some of the hibachi cooks are more "colorful" than others and will do stuff to entertain you while they prepare your food.

We visited here on a Sunday afternoon. Six adults and one toddler. We sat at one of the hibachi grills and had an entertaining delicious meal. Our chef was entertaining but pretty typical if you've visited Japanese grills previously. There is a sushi bar with sushi chef's preparing fresh sushi.....we will save the sushi for a future visit.The pricing seemed a little high but it's been sometime since I've visited a comparable style restaurant so the pricing may be in order. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall a enjoyable and satisfying experience. It's great to see small town St. Cloud gaining restaurants such as this.
